SINGAPORE - There was heavy rain with gusty wind over many areas of Singapore early Tuesday morning.
The National Environment Agency (NEA) issued a warning at 5.20am that heavy thundery showers with gusty wind were expected from 5.30am to 7am. It added that flash floods may occur in the event of heavy rain.
Many parts of the island also saw heavy downpours on Monday morning.
