It Changed My Life: From numbers to nostalgic murals

Ex-finance director with no formal art training has captivated hearts with his paintings

Mr Yip Yew Chong gave up his job as a financial director to devote himself full time to his passion: painting street murals. The self-taught artist specialises in nostalgic heritage scenes and his work can be seen around the region.
Mr Yip Yew Chong's latest mural in Temple Street, titled Street Wayang, is his gift to the Community Chest. Donations for the mural will go to causes supported by Community Chest.
