The Kennedy School’s Belfer Centre for International Affairs recently launched a competition calling on anyone to submit a paper spelling out their thoughts on just how to manage Sino-US ties, amid the major “structural changes” taking place with the rise of China.

To help promote this effort, The Straits Times is offering a $3,000 cash prize to the best essay from one of its readers.

The winner will also receive an invitation to attend The Straits Times Global Outlook Forum in November.
