SINGAPORE - Singapore's labour market may be recovering, but many employers are still adopting a wait-and-see approach before going all out in the hiring game.

Companies navigating the highly uncertain economic outlook are understandably cautious, said observers, as the pandemic will be a long and costly battle. Business volumes for some sectors will be unable to recover for a while, they added.
